Berry Smoothie
This is my go to post-training and my 2 year old son LOVES it too!
Put all the below ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth
Frozen blueberries / mixed berries
Almond milk
Peanut butter
Flaxseeds
Probiotic powder
Whole almonds
Maca powder
Banana
MCT oil
Scoop of Green Vibrance

Cleansing Salad

Dressing:

1tbsp olive oil
-
½ juice of lemon
-
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
1tsp tahini
-
1tsp honey
-
Salt & Pepper
This is one of my all-time favourite salads (@JessicaSepel recipe book) that can go with all meals but best enjoyed with your choice of protein on the braai.
Salad:

Baby spinach

Cucumber

Red cabbage

Raw almonds

Carrot

Fresh basil

Mexican Bowl
Easiest meal found on @RoseyLomabard and @nutrionalsolutionssa. This bowl is packed with all the goodness you will need. This is a meal that the whole family will enjoy, even the smallest ones in your family.
Main layer:
